If you are sending us artwork, we prefer it to be 300 dpi in a jpg format.

Print sizes for single-side design is 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches. (same size for back or front of any size mug, except full-wrap).  A full-wrap mug is where the design "wraps" around the mug from front to back.

Print size for a full-wrap design is 3.5 inches by 8 inches. All mug sizes have the same print area (11 oz, 15 oz, stein).

Print size for mousepads are 8 inches x 9 inches. Pricing is for 50% color coverage, there may be an additional charge for larger coverage.

Print size for T-shirts are 8 inches x 10.5 inches... maximum. Pricing is for 50% color coverage, there may be an additional charge for larger coverage. Ad-Tee orders must be same design on all shirts.

Standard turn-around time is 7 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday), not including shipping time.  Holiday periods may result in longer than normal turn-around times.  Rush services may be available.  Contact us for details.

We accept photos, artwork and logos in the following formats: 35mm slides or negatives, printed photographs, and electronic formats such as disk, CD-ROM, and eMail attachment (tif, jpg, eps, cdr or doc).  Call for further information.

All initial Ad-Mug, Ad-Tee and Ad-Pad (not Foto-Mug, Foto-Tee or Foto-Pad) orders are charged a one-time setup fee of $35.00 (which includes up to one hour of design time as needed).  This charge is waived on subsequent orders made within six (6) months without any design changes / modifications, other than personalization.
