1. If you are sending us artwork, we prefer it to be 300 dpi in a jpg, tif, eps, cdr, pdf, powerpoint, gif, or doc format.

2. Print sizes for single-side design is 3.5 inches x 3.5 inches. (same size for back or front of any size mug, except full-wrap).  A full-wrap mug is where the design "wraps" around the mug from front to back.

3. Print size for a full-wrap design is 3.5 inches by 8 inches. All mug sizes have the same print area (11 oz, 15 oz, stein).

4. Print size for mousepads are 8 inches x 9 inches. Pricing is for 50% color coverage, there may be an additional charge for larger coverage.

5. Print size for T-shirts are 8 inches x 10.5 inches... maximum. Pricing is for 50% color coverage, there may be an additional charge for larger coverage. Ad-Tee orders must be same design on all shirts.

6. Standard turn-around time is 7 to 10 working days (Monday-Friday), not including shipping time.  Holiday periods may result in longer than normal turn-around times.  Rush services may be available.  Contact us for details.

7. We accept photos, artwork and logos in the following formats: 35mm slides or negatives, printed photographs, and electronic formats such as disk, CD-ROM, and eMail attachment (tif, jpg, eps, cdr, pdf, powerpoint, gif or doc).  Call for further information.

8. All initial Ad-Mug, Ad-Tee and Ad-Pad (not Foto-Mug, Foto-Tee or Foto-Pad) orders are charged a one-time setup fee of $35.00 (which includes up to one hour of design time as needed).  This charge is waived on subsequent orders made within six (6) months without any design changes / modifications, other than personalization.

9. We offer complete design and layout services at only $35.00 per hour.  Call for more information.

10. Shipping and handling charges are added to all orders. All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground unless other specifications are requested.

11. Cashier checks are also accepted. 

12. If your business or organization wishes to open an account with us, please contact us for a credit application.

13. If you are paying by credit card, and you would prefer not to send your card number electronically, type "by phone" in the card number space, and call us (336-475-5108) with your credit card information.

15. We do not ship orders C.O.D.
